The YOUCAT Confession book is a practical guide created for young people to take away undue anxiety about the Sacrament, and to show how it works. It gives all the practi- cal help needed for making a good confession, including how to make a good examination of conscience, special prayers for confession, what is true contrition, spiritual growth with confession, and more. This book came about as a collaboration between young people and clergy, to make it as accessible and helpful as possible for youth. Like the other books in the YOUCAT series, the creative design includes many fun illustrations, color pictures, inspir- ing quotes from saints, popes and sacred scripture.
